Taking much care to ensure goods are returned in the same condition you received them, that they are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Please complete the returns form and submit it, this can be found on the website in the footer. you will then be contacted by Inspired By Nicola, and a collection will be arranged.

Upon receiving the goods in a satisfactory condition, a full refund for the value of the goods will be issued within 10-14 working days.

Refunds cannot be processed until the goods have been returned and received by the company for inspection.
